Your enquiry is received by our own team first, not by the developer. Form submissions are transmitted securely and stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and are assigned to a registered negotiator at IQI Realty Sdn Bhd who will follow up with you.

Your data may subsequently be shared on a need-to-know basis with:

• The project developer or its appointed sales team — only where necessary to register a viewing appointment, process a booking, or complete a purchase you have chosen to proceed with
• Service providers who operate our website, form processing and CRM infrastructure, who are bound to safeguard your data

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

6. Transfer of Data Outside Malaysia

Some of the service providers we use to host this website and operate our CRM and advertising measurement may store or process data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data continues to be protected to a standard comparable to that required under the PDPA.
